H Range Grader Blade | Manual
KANGA H Range Manual Grader Blades are made in Australia for Australian conditions. They have been engineered to suit tractors 50 to 80hp.
Their main purpose is to create and maintain dirt tracks, firebreaks and drains, clear heavy scrub and perform general grading and scraping.
The manual (ratchet jack) adjustment allows the operator to pre-set the blade. Once set, they can move material side to side, grade in hard to reach areas and tilt the blade to create a slope or for drain cutting and management.
The blade can also be reversed so the operator can back blade to clear scrub and debris with less chance of damaging tractor tyres.
Features
Main beam
- Single piece of square 150 x 150 x 9mm Box Section provides greater strength
- The front mounting plate is reinforced for greater structural integrity
- Adjustment mounting lugs reinforced and/or gusseted so you can reposition the blade while operating
Blade mouldboard
- Reinforced and gusseted 8mm rear blade section
- Involuted design to ensure a high volume of material clears from the blade as the operator is working
- The blade is designed to be reversed 180° for back blading (pushing backwards)
- 550mm ground clearance
All three blade adjustments pivot points are bushed and/or reinforced with external grease nipples for easy lubrication
The cutting edges are:
- 150 x 12mm with countersunk bolt holes
- Heat-treated, through-hardened, quenched and tempered alloy steel
- Hardness ratings between 450-510
- Centre-line drilled making them reversible
- Secured with high-tensile plough bolts
The main beam positions the majority of the implement weight over the cutting edge reducing blade ‘bounce’ leaving a smooth level finish
3-way adjustment with external grease points
Adjustments are made using a greasable, coarse threaded ratchet jacks with a lock nut
Angle adjustment
Angle adjustment controls the blade section and cutting edge on the horizontal plane. It controls the lateral movement of material
Angle adjustment range: 0° – 30° forwards and backwards
Tilt adjustment
Tilt adjustment controls the blade section and cutting edge on the vertical plane. It is used for creating a camber or slight angle to the ground surface. At the maximum, it can be used to establish and maintain a ditch or drain
Tilt adjustment range: 0° – 30° up and down
Offset adjustment
Offset adjustment controls the position of the blade section and cutting edge in relation to the middle point of the tractor. It is used to move the blade and cutting edge out to the sides left and right of centre. It’s great for those hard-to-reach places and when the tractor just cannot quite get close enough or does not want to.
Offset adjustment range: 0° – 20° left and right
Centre mounted tower position
Two (2) front parking stands to make connecting to the tractor easier
Category 2, double clevis linkage/mounting
